• Build backend services and product features for Spiro, an AI-powered CRM used by 200+ manufacturers and distributors, on Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
• Build and maintain ERP and e-commerce integrations (Epicor P21, NetSuite, Shopify and more), pulling data from customers' SQL databases and syncing customers, orders and products into Spiro
• Built internal tools that show integration status and data per customer company, plus automations for recurring integration and operations work
• Run asynchronous workflows and scheduled syncs on Sidekiq, using sidekiq-cron and unique job processing to keep high-volume work reliable and idempotent
• Contributed to communication features: Twilio calling and texting for Spiro's mobile app, and email account connections
• Integrate AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, KMS) for file storage, serverless processing and encryption of sensitive customer data, deployed on Heroku
• Resolve production issues across the platform with Sentry monitoring, RSpec and Minitest suites and RuboCop-enforced standards
• Build and tune Elasticsearch indexing and full-text search across accounts, contacts and activity data
• Implement authentication and authorization with Devise, Doorkeeper (OAuth 2) and Pundit policies

Client: WhatCampaign

• Built an early-stage startup platform for media planning and launching ad campaigns across social networks from one place
• Integrated advertising platform APIs (Meta for Facebook & Instagram, Google, Snapchat and more) for campaign creation and publishing
• Developed it end to end: Ruby on Rails RESTful APIs, ActiveRecord domain models with complex business logic and a React/TypeScript frontend
• Took the product from early development to a pilot with its first clients
• Improved performance through SQL query tuning, database indexing, Redis caching and Sidekiq background jobs
• Architected real-time updates and notifications with Action Cable
• Built reusable React/TypeScript components with Chakra UI, following atomic design and custom hooks
• Covered the backend with RSpec and the frontend with Jest and React Testing Library, shipping through CI/CD pipelines to Heroku

• Built frontend features for Texttelligent's automotive product, mostly customer and service-department communication flows that let car dealerships text customers from one compliant inbox
• Developed TypeScript + React/Next.js applications with a consistent Material UI component system, working closely with backend engineers on API contracts
• Created UI prototypes and design handoffs in Figma

• Developed the frontend of Experfy's talent marketplace and hiring platform with React and Ember
